I am writing with feedback on completed work that was carried out by your business.

In todays  business climate complaints are an all too familiar occurrence, however in this case I wish to express sincere thanks for every job you have done.

I recently purchased a Jaguar XJ6 project car. A car that I could drive every day but still have the old school style and class associated with the name.  The interior when the time came to being finished needed to be of an extremely high caliber.

My experience started when Geoff and Sandy came to view the vehicle, offering suggestions on leather grades, colours, different types of leather, trims, and carpeting (the knowledge and the wealth of information was outstanding)

The choice to have Northside Recovery complete the task was easy!

When the entire interior was complete I received the call from Sandy to come and pick the car up.  WOW!!!!!!!  I never in wildest dreams thought that a car could simply look that sensational, I have not been able to wipe the grin off my face since, or leave the car!

The care and expertise that was taken in completing such a detailed and complex job could only be described as that of a  master craftsman.  Geoff the job is amazing!

My second experience with Northside Recovery involved the upholstering of seating right at the front of my shop (approximately 800 meals are made a week so the standard had to be high) I was very unsure of colours ,fabric grades, and durability as the seating is exposed to sea air.  Sandy came to view the shop and get a feel for the look I was trying to achieve, she took the time, asked plenty of questions so she could steer me in the right direction, then put combinations of fabrics together for me to choose from, she could even tell me products to use in maintaining and care of the furniture

The total customer satisfaction received from Sandy going the extra mile for my business even following up with a call to see how everything was going after the furniture was installed.
